Pause at any comfortable angle. After your chosen 1–5 seconds, the desktop and live preview return to normal.
Settled previews stop rendering. Blur work is reused, with refresh limits that respond to power and temperature.
Desktop frames stay in memory on your Mac. No uploads, recordings, accounts, or analytics.
FIVE WAYS TO MOVE
Duo is the default. Choose Roll, Shutter, Flex or Iris for a different physical feel.
The desktop curls down toward the hinge, with wrapped pixels and a moving highlight.
Rigid panels slide behind one another, with overlapping edges and contact shadows.
A continuous display bows inward before settling back into a perfectly flat surface.
Dark blades overlap around the desktop in a restrained mechanical twist.
A MINUTE TO GET STARTED
Open Mac-Duo.dmg and drag Mac Duo into Applications.
Try opening Mac Duo. This release is not notarized, so macOS may show “cannot be opened” or “Apple could not verify.” Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Security → Open Anyway for Mac Duo, then confirm Open. Apple’s guide ↗
Click Enable Mac Duo and allow Screen Recording when prompted. Reopen if macOS asks. Frames stay in memory on your Mac. Try Replay without permission first.
